Battle back

I've been under the weather this week. The kiddos caught something and then I had it. This only reinforces the knowledge that you have to constantly work a house or it just collapses and you are left in total dismay. I do not keep an organized house to begin with and it has been work to even get back to where it was a few short days ago. Hey, it takes a lot of work to maintain this level of disarray!

Mother's Day was a bit unusual for us this year. The hubs had to work from noon to 9pm (totally stinks), so the kiddos and I had most of the day to ourselves at home.  We made some awesome Mother's Day cards

had a bit of story time

and gave a special delivery the next day

along with some love for Gigi.

Can't believe I am able to start this so easily. I have no idea what I am doing and that means nada! I have loved several blogs for so long and it is my hope to be able to share some fun stuff in blogland. I am surely doing this for myself now.
